Back to Events

When is it?

Saturday, March 14

Where is it?

Downtown Miami along the waterfront on a temporary street circuit.

How do I get there?

Miami is on the i95 interstate that goes as far North as Maine and terminates before the Florida Keys. Florida Turnpike (toll road) is another alternative that connects the North part of the state with the South. (MIA) Miami International Airport is 8 miles West of the downtown or about 20 minutes drive depending on traffic. (FLL) Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a good alternative in the neighboring Broward County and only 29 miles or 40 minutes drive from Miami downtown. (WPB) West Palm Beach International Airport is 70 miles North via i95 or just over 1 hour drive away.

Where can I stay?

Stay in downtown Miami. Tent camping is unrealistic, RV camping is possible nearby. However, cheap hotels should be available. Couchsurfing and Airbnb are a legitimate option. The greater Miami area is a huge tourist destination, so hotels and motels should be available for all budgets. Be aware that some of the areas of Miami may be considered dangerous and not recommended.
